The Future Leaders Program is annual, with in person and online sessions occurring regularly, on either Tuesday or Thursday every week. Monthly counselor meetings, and online resources help advance learning and development. We provide an intensive and condensed guidance program in career exploration, leadership, business, and personal development that exposes students to a wide variety of career paths, methods for long term success, and beneficial habits.

Our Monthly Accelerators for career discovery and personal development aid positive learning and career outcomes for students. Taking place every weekend, on either Saturday or Sunday, students are exposed to different career paths, with in depth experiences, guided by leaders in their fields. Students will learn critical developmental skills such as financial responsibility, environmentalism, leadership, sociology, teamwork, and other skills as they engage in an accelerated career discovery and personal development program.
